I actively supported the planning and procurement of materials and services, ensuring a smooth process. Collaborating closely with clients, I evaluated essential factors that influence interior environments, including budget, architectural preferences, purpose, and function. My role extended to offering valuable insights to clients on interior design considerations, encompassing space layout, furniture arrangement, equipment utilization, and color coherence. I meticulously estimated material needs and associated costs, ensuring accuracy in project execution. Additionally, I contributed to model home staging and installations, collaborating effectively with team members to arrange furniture, art, and accessories. I maintained organized office files for all model home installations and also managed inventory to guarantee the availability of items like placemats, napkin rings, pillow stuffers, towels, dishes, and glassware for each model home.
